Conversion Audit
Review analytics, funnels, devices and key templates to find where revenue is leaking and why.
RESEARCH • UX • EXPERIMENTATION • ANALYTICS
Research, UX and controlled experiments that find what is stopping customers — and prove which changes actually lift revenue.
Our expertise
Analytics, recordings and customer input that show where and why people leave.
Clearer pages, offers and checkout flows designed around real objections.
Controlled A/B tests read with proper sample sizes, not gut feel.
Changes shipped because the data proved them.
Conversion Rate Optimization
Most redesigns are opinions with a launch date. Button colors get debated, homepages get rebuilt, and nobody can say afterwards whether revenue moved because of the change or in spite of it. Webinopoly starts with evidence — where visitors drop, what they hesitate on and what they ask before buying.
Every change becomes a hypothesis with a measurable goal, tested against the current experience with enough traffic to trust the result. Winners ship, losers teach, and the learnings compound into a site that converts because it was proven to — not because someone liked the mockup.
Capabilities
Engage the parts of the optimization program your team needs support with.
Review analytics, funnels, devices and key templates to find where revenue is leaking and why.
Map drop-off by step, device, traffic source and customer type so effort goes where impact is largest.
Watch how real visitors scroll, click, hesitate and abandon on the pages that matter most.
Surveys, reviews, support tickets and interviews that surface the objections customers actually have.
Turn findings into testable hypotheses ranked by expected impact, confidence and effort.
Design, build and QA experiments, then read them with proper sample sizes and stopping rules.
Tailor messaging and offers by audience, source or behavior once the baseline experience is solid.
Align paid and organic landing pages with the promise that brought visitors there.
Test imagery, copy, pricing presentation, bundles and trust signals on high-traffic product pages.
Remove friction, surprise costs and unnecessary steps between add-to-cart and purchase.

Programs are scoped to traffic, goals and how much testing the site can support.
Program architecture
Optimization works when research, experimentation and measurement are designed as one loop.
Quantitative and qualitative evidence that shows where visitors drop off and what holds them back.
Prioritized hypotheses, well-built variants and tests that run long enough to reach a trustworthy result.
Clean goals, revenue-per-visitor reporting and a documented learning library before winners ship.
Our process
Review analytics, tracking, funnels and key templates to establish a reliable baseline.
Gather heatmaps, recordings, surveys and customer feedback to understand behavior.
Turn findings into prioritized, testable hypotheses tied to a single metric.
Design and develop variants, then QA across devices and browsers before launch.
Run controlled experiments with planned sample sizes and stopping rules.
Read results by segment, revenue and downstream behavior — not just the headline rate.
Roll out winners, document every result and feed learnings into the next round.
Trustworthy testing
Experiments are only useful if the tracking, sample sizes and analysis can be trusted. We make sure every result means what it says.
Planning guidance
Clear answers here prevent most wasted experiments.
Testing needs enough conversions per variant to detect a meaningful difference. Lower-traffic sites get more value from research, usability fixes and testing bigger changes on higher-traffic pages.
Revenue per visitor or qualified conversions, with conversion rate and average order value as supporting metrics. A test that lifts clicks but lowers revenue is not a winner.
Testing reduces risk on the pages that already make money. A redesign makes sense when the platform or brand has fundamentally changed — and even then, key templates should be validated after launch.
Long enough to reach the planned sample size and cover full weekly buying cycles — usually at least two weeks. Stopping a test early because it looks good is the most common way to ship a false winner.

FAQ
CRO is the process of finding what stops visitors from taking action, then testing changes to prove which ones increase conversions and revenue.
We work with the tools that fit your stack and traffic — including VWO, Convert, Optimizely, Shopify-native options and server-side setups — plus Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity for behavior research.
Research findings and quick fixes often land in the first few weeks. Each experiment typically runs two to four weeks, so a program builds measurable gains over several months.
No. We optimize ecommerce stores, lead generation sites and B2B websites; the metrics change, but the research and testing approach is the same.
Variants are built to load cleanly without flicker, and test scripts are reviewed for performance impact before anything goes live.
Winning variants are rolled out properly in the theme or codebase, checked after launch, and documented so the learning informs future work.
