Move your AI-built site to a platform that can carry a business
Lovable, Replit, Base44, Bolt, v0 and other vibe-code tools are excellent at getting to a working idea. They are not where a catalogue, a checkout and a content team should live long term. We rebuild those projects on WordPress, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce or a custom stack — keeping your design, responsive behaviour and SEO structure wherever it is technically feasible.
- Engineer-written assessment before any quote
- Design, content and URL structure preserved where feasible
- Honest scope: what moves, what has to be rebuilt, what it costs

Tell us what exists today. We reply with a technical read on what carries over, what needs rebuilding, and a realistic scope.
Why rebuilds beat conversions
Different runtimes, not different themes
A React app and a PHP CMS share no execution model. Anything advertised as a one-click conversion is a screenshot with a price tag. A rebuild reuses the design and the thinking, on foundations the destination platform actually supports.
Generated code gets reviewed
Exposed keys, missing validation and permissive data access are routine in unreviewed AI output. Security-sensitive logic is rewritten on the destination platform's primitives rather than carried across untouched.
Built to a performance budget
We set Core Web Vitals targets at kickoff and test against them throughout, because a migration that ships a slower site than the prototype has not achieved anything.
Migration matrix
Pick your starting point and your destination. Each combination has its own page covering process, what migrates, what needs rebuilding, and the specific engineering decisions involved.

Choosing a destination
WordPress
Content-first sites
Best when publishing volume, editorial workflow and a marketing team's independence matter more than commerce depth.
Shopify
Selling now, reliably
Checkout, tax, fraud and peak capacity handled for you. Fixed URL conventions and platform fees are the trade.
WooCommerce
Ownership and content-led selling
Your database, your hosting, no revenue share — in exchange for owning performance, security and updates.
Magento
B2B and deep catalogues
Customer-group pricing, quoting and ERP integration. Substantial running costs, so only when the rules require it.
Custom and headless destinations are also in scope when a packaged platform genuinely cannot express your model — though that is rarer than most teams assume, and we will argue for the cheaper option when it fits.
How we work
-
01
Assessment
We crawl your site, read the repository where available, and write up what exists today.
-
02
Plan and fixed scope
Destination recommendation, what migrates, what gets rebuilt, timeline and a fixed price.
-
03
Build and verify
Theme or template engineering, data migration with reconciliation, and QA against a performance budget.
-
04
Launch and aftercare
Verified redirects, staged cutover, then weeks of monitoring orders, errors and search performance.
