How to reach out to Shopify Support?

Shopify just introduced the concierge callback system. Since they have large volumes of customers/merchants alike to be contacted they have a flexible way for their potential merchants such as yourself to get in touch with them so they can support you better.

Below we've included the steps one can take to access Shopify's chat or callback feature. Phone support has changed because of covid19 as a means to try and help everyone more efficiently. Currently the call feature is only available sometimes, as it's dependent on the current number of pending callback requests. we do understand that the new system has caused some confusion and it's something that Shopify are constantly tweaking and trying to better.

Instructions on accessing Shopify Support:

Due to an increase in call volume, Shopify transitioned to a call back system that will allow you to spend more time growing your business, and less time on hold. To schedule a call back, you can visit the Support Contact Page here.

From the contact page, you will be prompted to log in to your account in order to contact support.

From there, you can search your question in the search field and be provided results from our extensive resources within our Shopify Help Center.

If you can’t find answers to your question within our Help Center resources, you can click Get help from the Shopify support team at the bottom of the page.

You will then be able to choose the support channel you would like to use to reach out and speak directly with a member of our support team.

If the option to schedule a call back is not displaying on this screen, it means that our wait times for a call back are too long to schedule additional calls. At this time, you would be able to reach out to a team member via chat.
